We offer free return shipping for exchanges and store credit. For refunds we charge a location-based return fee to help cover the shipping costs back to Denmark. We will send you a pre-paid return label and deduct the return shipping cost from your refunded amount. The money will be refunded to the same method of payment you used to pay for that order, so if you paid with store credit refunds will go back to the gift card.
