The pieces are then sewn together, following specific patterns and seam allowances to ensure a seamless and comfortable fit. Using specialized machines ensures optimal use of the fabric, to minimize the amount of fabric scraps left over.

After sewing, the underwear pieces undergo rigorous quality control checks to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, fit, and comfort. The first batch produced is always a sample size, meaning a small amount of underwear produced solely to check the quality. Any imperfections or defects are addressed before the full production begins.
