Since its founding in 2009, Nehirli Textile Clothing Industry and Trade Inc. have prioritized fair labor practices and social responsibility above everything else. With a relatively small, dedicated workforce, the facility ensures employee well-being through benefits and ethical workplace standards, making sure that not only are their products sustainably made, but that the people who make them are treated and compensated fairly.
From the very beginning, Nehirli has integrated Earth-friendly practices into all steps of the production process. Committed to quality and sustainability, the facility holds certifications such as OCS, GRS, GOTS, and RCS, and undergoes social audits such as Sedex, BSCI, and FAMA, ensuring that their manufacturing practices are as ethical and responsible as they can be. From the careful selection of quality materials to the commitment to renewable energy sources and energy-efficient machinery, they are dedicated to reducing overall energy consumption. Waste reduction is essential to the facility, with a focus on recycling fabric scraps and implementing comprehensive waste sorting systems. Nehirli not only delivers high-quality products but also paves the way for a greener, more transparent future in the clothing manufacturing industry.
The facility’s in-house processes include cutting, sewing, ironing, and packaging. With its dedicated workforce, the factory strives to create a workplace that values and supports its relatively small team of 188 employees, and its commitment to fair labor practices is exemplified through employee benefits such as SSI coverage, shuttle services, and food provisions. Upholding ethical workplace standards, the employees are represented through a Collective Bargaining Agreement and a Worker Representative Committee, ensuring their voices are heard in decisions that affect them.
By utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) systems the factory optimizes pattern layouts on fabric to minimize waste during cutting. This not only maximizes material efficiency but also reduces the environmental impact of excess fabric.
The facility uses advanced sewing techniques to ensure the longevity and durability of its products. This includes reinforced stitching, high-quality finishes, and attention to detail in the assembly of hoodies, shorts, and sweatpants.

We love paying our partners a visit to learn more about how they apply their knowledge and expertise to the construction of every single garment.
Stringent quality control measures are implemented at various stages of production. This includes checks for fabric integrity, seam strength, and overall garment quality to guarantee that each piece meets the highest standards of durability and comfort.
As the final step on the factory floor, the quality of the pieces is inspected to make sure that the fabric integrity and overall garment are up to Nehirli’s high-quality standards.
Nehirli Textile Clothing Industry and Trade inc. takes pride in cultivating a diverse and inclusive workplace, exemplified by the nearly equal gender distribution of employees. With 95 female and 80 male factory workers, the facility’s commitment to gender balance is reflected in every aspect of its operations. This distribution not only contributes to a vibrant and dynamic work environment but also emphasizes Nehirli’s dedication to equal opportunities for all. Moreover, the workplace culture emphasizes collective collaboration and employee empowerment, further exemplified by the Collective Bargaining Agreement. This agreement serves as a testament to the factory’s commitment to fair labor practices, ensuring that employees have a voice in decisions that affect their work lives.
