"Yes I’m really happy with this item, I bought the blue when it first came out, I really liked how it looked with sand coloured trousers and a green jacket I have. Now things have gotten really cold I’ve had to switch up to wool but during the autumn I was reaching for it every day, it had become one of those clothes that you have to buy another of because you need to wash the first and can’t manage a day without it! So I got the black, it can’t be understated how useful tops with this type of funnel neck are when it cools down, your neck being covered makes such a difference, particularly for me as I have a damaged disc in my neck and it really aches if it’s cold, then my shoulders join in! I have the crew neck, it’s good for summer evenings but I never pick it up in winter! Too exposed! With black in particular you can combine with things like jack shirts or fleeces to keep you covered or keep the fleece neck clean/your neck away from irritating wool. The little black neck doesn’t really show up against other items, I nearly got the grey but I felt this would jump out as an underlayer. The weight of this and all the OB sweats I have it really heavy, the zip is much the same, I think that over time it does shrink a little, the length is fine for me as I’m only 5’7 but unsure if it would work for tall people, the sleeves are also right on the button. I find you can wear these sweats with just a vest and your arm pits never make contact with the garment so they stay fresh, the neck does get grubby though with the close fit there, a bit of neat dish soap on the collar before the wash is an idea. When you’re at home you can knock the zip down to half way for comfort/reading and when you leave you can pull it right up and it really keeps you feeling warm/covered. The only improvement I could suggest is making a full zip version, I have an old American apparel track jacket like this and it’s so useful, I sleep in it in winter! The track jackets currently on offer have synthetic in them and for me it’s a deal breaker."
