Known for its durability, nylon can withstand frequent washing and wear without losing its shape. - 83% Recycled Nylon, 17% Elastane - We recommend using a GUPPYFRIEND Washing Bag, as all synthetic products release plastic microfibers into the environment during washing - Machine wash cold (30°C) and gentle - Wash with like colors - Do not bleach - Tumble dry low - Cool iron as needed - Do not dry clean - White stripes may darken after wash and wear. We recommend following the wash instructions to minimize this.

"These bike shorts are the perfect length for running, lifting and yoga. They have great compression and I have gotten a lot of compliments on them! Comparable to my lulus, they are not as buttery soft, but I like the feeling of the fabric and will be buying them again in the last two colors that I don't already have!"

I took them off immediately and was very disappointed."
