True Knit
Every style in True Knit is made with 100% organic cotton, with nothing blended into it. That is the thing that holds the collection together: one fiber, one figure, across cardigans, sweaters, a sleeveless turtleneck and a pair of wide leg pants.
What is in the True Knit collection?
The cardigans are the True Knit Cardigan, the True Knit Chunky Cardigan, the True Knit High Collar Cardigan and the True Knit Fluffy Polo Cardigan — different cuts of the same cloth. Alongside them sit the True Knit Sweater and the True Knit Boxy Fit Cable Sweater, the True Knit Sleeveless Turtleneck, and the True Knit Wide Leg Pants, which are the only bottoms in the collection.
What it is made from
100% organic cotton, in every style, with no elastane and no blended fiber anywhere in the range. That means there is no composition to compare between one piece and the next: the difference between them is the knit and the cut, not the cloth. Each product page carries its own composition and care instructions.
Sizes and colors
Sizes run XS to XL across the whole collection, with XXS, XXL and XXXL on most of it. The colorways include Almond, Black, Navy, Oat, Shadow, Slate, Soft Vanilla, Steamy and Walnut, plus Grey Melange and the Cloudy Blue and Sugar Plum stripes. Not every colorway runs in every style, so what is shown on the grid is what is currently available.
Knitwear at Organic Basics
True Knit is the undiluted end of the knitwear range: cotton and nothing else. Most knits elsewhere on the site are blends, and each of those states its own composition on its own product page.
