Jackets, pants and shorts
The jackets zip at the front and sit right at the shoulder. The pants have a soft waistband and a relaxed leg, and the shorts are the same idea for warmer days. Each piece works on its own: a jacket over a T-shirt, or the pants with a sweatshirt you already own. What our men's tracksuits are made of
They come in three fabrics. The nylon pieces are made with at least 88% recycled nylon and a little elastane for stretch. The cotton-blend pieces mix cotton with at least 50% recycled polyester, and a few styles are made with at least 97% organic cotton. Which tracksuit should I choose?
Choose nylon for the lighter set and cotton for the softer one. The nylon pieces suit a walk or a warm day, and the cotton tracksuits are closer to a sweatshirt, for the sofa and cooler days. For a set, match a jacket with the bottoms in the same fabric and color; for the rest of the week, mix them with what is already in the wardrobe.
Caring for a tracksuit
Machine wash cold with similar colors, skip the bleach and the tumble dryer, and let the care label on each piece have the last word, since a nylon shell and a cotton knit do not always ask for the same treatment.
