Return Policy

We get it - some things just aren’t meant to be.
We get it - some things just aren’t meant to be. If you didn’t love your basics, we are happy to exchange them for a store credit or issue you a full refund for orders within 365 days of purchase. We just ask that the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original paper packaging, otherwise we cannot accept your return. We send all of our packages in a reusable bag made from 100% recycled plastic so you can use it again for you return.
How do I return my basics?
If you want to make a return for a refund or store credit, please fill out your return form here. Once you have registered your return, stick it in the mail with your order number - this is super important because we need to know it’s your order. We will not accept packages sent to pick up points, so make sure you address the package to the following address:

If you’d like to meet the team and drop off your return, we’re in the office from 9.00-17.00, Monday-Friday. Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges on site, but we are happy to share a coffee with you.
Do you offer free shipping on returns and exchanges?
At the moment, we do not cover the cost of shipping on returns and exchanges.
Which shipping company should I use?
It’s entirely up to you which company you use to return your goods, but we recommend that you ask for a receipt and tracking link so you can follow your package and its whereabouts should it be delayed or lost along the way.
When can I expect a refund?
Please allow 14 working days after we have received your package for your return to be processed, and an additional 30 days for your bank to transfer the refund to your account. We will send you an email as soon as your return has been processed and the refund is on its way.
I am returning from outside the EU
If you are returning from outside the EU, please clearly label your package as “Returned Goods”. This is very important as failing to do so will result in being charged local customs, which you will have to pay—and we don’t want that.
Help! I didn’t get what I ordered.
It is very rare we send you the wrong products or that you are missing something in your order, but it can happen. If you find you are missing an item or have been sent the wrong product, please email us at support@organicbasics.com and we will take care of it.
Can I try on my products?
We understand that you have to try on your basics to know if they fit, but please keep in mind that if there are remnants of makeup, deodorant, and/or perfume on items, we cannot accept them as a return. We also ask that when trying on our underwear, you have another pair underneath..
Do you offer exchanges?
If you’ve changed your mind, you can exchange your basics for a store credit.
What do I do if my product is damaged?
The durability of our products is something our customers love the most, but obviously mistakes can happen during production. If your item is faulty, please contact support@organicbasics.com. In these situations we reserve the right to ask for a picture of the product(s) or that they be sent back to us.
How can I exchange my item for a more expensive one?
If you’ve changed your mind and want to exchange an item for something more expensive, register your exchange here and send it back to us. When we receive your order, we will issue you a store credit and send a free shipping code so you can order the product you want.
Can I exchange a gift?
Yes! You can exchange your gift for a store credit, or a complete refund which will be transferred back to the original payment. If you wish to exchange your gift for a more expensive item, we will issue you a gift card, so you can pick out your perfect gift.
