Unlined bras, soft-cup and nothing molded
Our unlined bras come in three fabrics: cotton at 90–95% organic cotton, TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers, and 91% recycled nylon. The shapes are scoop, triangle, demi and tank.
What are unlined bras?
An unlined bra has no molded cup, so the shape comes from the fabric and the band rather than from structure built into the cup. Most unlined bras are bralettes, pulled on or set at the strap, and ours are no different. A few carry a thin cup lining, so check the product page if you want nothing at all between you and the fabric.
Is an unlined bra the same as a wireless one?
No — unlined describes the cup, wireless describes the band. The two usually go together, and the unlined bras here are all soft-cup, but they answer different questions. The Core Unlined Demi Bra is the exception worth knowing about: unlined, but underwired.
The cotton bralettes
The cotton styles are made with 90–95% organic cotton and elastane. The Flex Bralette is the scoop-neck one; the Core Triangle Bralette has a plunging front; the Core Rib Tank Bralette is the tank shape in a ribbed knit, on thicker straps; and the Core Unlined Demi Bra is the half-cup with a wire.
The Soft Touch styles
Some styles are made with TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers and elastane: the Soft Touch Basic Bralette with a cross-over front, the Soft Touch Bralette in a triangle cut, and the Soft Touch Cut-Out Bralette. The Soft Touch styles are the lightweight ones.
The seamless one
The Smooth Bralette is made with 91% recycled nylon and elastane, cut as a full-coverage scoop with no seams through the cup. It is made in a slightly thicker material than the rest.

Sizing, and the numeric options
Nearly every style comes in XS to XL, with XXS and XXL on most styles and XXXL and XXXXL on some; a few use band and cup or numeric sizes instead. Colors include Black, Off White, Grey Melange, Cedar, Cloudy Blue, Dusty Rose, Eucalyptus, Hazelnut, Melon Pink, Midnight Blue, Oak and Ocher. Wash cold and dry flat.
