For the best hold, the underband should feel snug. It’s not adjustable, but it’s soft and stretchy for comfort
Choose a size where you fully fill out the cups for optimal support and comfort
If your bust spills over the cups or sides, try loosening the straps or sizing up
If the cups wrinkle, gape, or feel too loose, consider sizing down

"Leider gibt der BH überhaupt keinen Halt und verrutscht, zumindest bei meiner Oberweite. Bei der ersten Anprobe habe ich gedacht er passt, aber beim Tragen im Alltag verrutscht er und meine Brüste fallen raus. Er ist zwar sehr schön weich, aber trotzdem auf Grund des Schnitts sehr unangenehm zu tragen. Da ich ihn gewaschen und getragen habe, kann ich ihn leider nicht mehr zurückschicken. Ich würde ihn nicht nochmal kaufen und bei größerer Oberweite auch nicht empfehlen. Für kleinere Brüste stell ich ihn mir aber ganz bequem vor."
