By approving these terms & conditions and confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. ORGANICBASICS.COM accepts Dankort, VISA/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to ORGANICBASICS.COM, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorized sources from accessing customer information. ORGANICBASICS.COM does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction. All prices include Danish VAT. ORGANICBASICS.COM reserves the right to change prices at any time. On ORGANICBASICS.COM prices are shown in the following currencies: Danish Kroner (DKK) and Euro (€).
ORGANICBASICS.COM sends all packages with GLS and Post Denmark in Denmark to all their international destinations. Exceptions cannot be made. Shipping times for regular service outside of Denmark are 3-7 business days, and as a regular service inside Denmark 24 hours. ORGANICBASICS.COM accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. Shipping times are guiding. International shipping costs vary from continent to continent. The prices are shown on ORGANICBASICS.COM and are added to the order when a customer places an order. Goods may be returned within 14 calendar days from date of receipt. All packages are sent in a reusable envelope, which can be used for returns. The product must be returned in original packaging. Shipments do not include return label, and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected by ORGANICBASICS.COM. Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by ORGANICBASICS.COM.
If the customer wishes to exchange an item, this can be done by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item. Once the returned product is received by ORGANICBASICS.COM, the items(s) are refunded including outgoing shipping cost ORGANICBASICS.COM reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer on orders for multiple items.
For subscriptions will the subscription price, which is written on the product site be withdrawn for every subscription period. A receipt for this will be sent on e-mail. The e-mail includes a date for the start of the next subscription period. You can also access the receipts through your personal page. To access the personal page you will have to use the login you created on your first visit to the site. If you have any concerns about your receipts or have other questions please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to cancel your subscription you can login to your personal page and click the unsubscribe button or you can contact email@example.com.
However you will still have to pay receipts that have already been issued. You have to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next subscription period starts.
We would like to emphasize that you cannot connect to your personal page, without agreeing to our terms and conditions including the terms for subscriptions.
Change credit card
If you need to change your credit card, all you have to do is login my page and choose Change Your Subscription, after this you have to confirm your subscription preferences and in the end change your credit card information.
All products from ORGANICBASICS.COM come with a 2 year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.

This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we will attempt to notify you.
