Customer Love Representative
Your daily tasks at OB will include:
- Acting as the voice of Organic Basics on the front lines, delivering best-in-class, delightful customer experiences via phone, email and chat
- Becoming a product and process expert
- Processing returns and quality checking items
- Repacking orders and restocking the warehouse
- Solving lost package issues and handling daily communication with our warehouse
- Representing the voice of the customer within OB; categorizing and feeding relevant insights back to the respective departments
- Taking part in tackling short and long-term projects to optimize processes
- Helping implement new tools and technologies to scale the Customer Love department
- Structured, clever and friendly.
- A fast learner and a team-player.
- You can manage your work at a high pace and move through your different tasks with humor and ease.
- You have flawless language skills in English, Danish and preferably a third language.
- You’re passionate about our planet and want to help create the change you would like to see in the world.
