What size am I?

We know online shopping can be tricky for fit and sizing. We have done our absolute best to create a size guide that should help you find the right size – you can find the size-chart on all of our product pages.  If you still got questions regarding size, do not hesitate to contact us on support@organicbasics.com

The washing label instructs me to wash at 40 degrees, can this be true?

At Organic Basics we believe in saving the environment whenever it is possible. Recent studies show that garments will be just as clean at 40 degrees as with higher temperatures using appropriate washing powder, why we urge you to think about that when you wash your clothes. However, the Organic Basics are as robust as any non-organic product, therefore you should not worry if you prefer to wash at 60 degrees.

What are my Organic Basics made of?

Only the best materials are good enough for the most holy part of the male body! That’s why we believe that underwear always should be organic. The boxer­ briefs are made of 95% premium organic cotton. The remaining 5% elastane is for stretch and to stay tight all day. Besides having a super soft rib, the boxers have double fabric at the front piece and foot locked side seam. Not to be forgotten: no scratchy washing label.The socks are made of 80% organic combed cotton with optimum fit through 20% fine thread nylon. Made with reinforced stress zones and a hand­linked toe. Sustainably crafted with locally harvested cotton in Turkey. The organic cotton provides a softer and more comfortable sensation.

How are my Organic Basics made?

Only the best craftsman can create the world’s best underwear. All of our products are produced at one of Turkey’s leading organic textile production facilities. The cotton is harvested locally and the facilities are powered by both solar and wind energy. In collaboration with our manufacturer, we put a constant pressure on ourselves to keep pushing for a higher level of sustainability, environmentally as well as socioeconomically. Our goal is to minimize the impact our fabrics has on the environment and on the human body.

What do you mean by certified quality?

To ensure the highest production standards and product quality, we only use handpicked certified suppliers. The Global Organic Textile Standard: The worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, including ecological and social criteria. Oeko­Tex(R) Standard 100: An independent testing and certification system for textile raw materials, intermediate and end­products at all stages of production. Worldwide responsible accredited production (WRAP): An independent, objective, non­profit team of global social compliance experts dedicated to promoting safe, lawful, humane and ethical manufacturing around the world through certification and education.

What is so special, about the packaging?

The waste of packaging materials is enormous. That’s why we have chosen to use craft paper and can offer you a 100% biodegradable packaging. We encourage you to reuse the packaging for your next postal to help save the environment.

Can I mix colors or sizes when buying bulk?

We do not offer mixed colors and sizes in our bulk packages – sorry! 🙂

Is the Silver you use nano?

No, we don’t use nano silver in/on our products. The technology we use is a Nylon thread coded in silver, which makes it permanent and silver will end up in water or on your skin. It is perfectly safe!

General

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Provided that your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel your order by sending us an email on support@organicbasics.com as soon as possible and we will cancel your order right away. If the package has already been shipped, you have to return the package using the procedure described in the section about payment, shipping and return on this page.

I am unfortunately a victim of fraud, what should I do?

Contact us right away on support@organicbasics.com to cancel any subscriptions and to follow the case. We also recommend that you contact the proper authorities and your bank to block the card that has been used.

I have sent your customer service an email, but you haven't replied. When are you going to reach back to me?

We do our very best to get back to you as fast as possible. You can expect to hear from us within 48 hours although we strive to give you an even faster reply. During summertime and public holidays, it may take longer.

Where do I send my feedback to?

If you have feedback of any kind we will love to hear you out. Customer feedback is very important for us whether is it about product ideas, something we can improve or claims. You can give us feedback on support@organicbasics.com

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

To unsubscribe our newsletter please go to the bottom of the email and find the small ‘unsubscribe’ link. This will remove you from our email list. You can always sign up to our emails again on our webshop.

Payment, shipping and returns

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Dankort, VISA/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship to your country. We actually ship to all countries.

How much does shipping cost?

We use GLS and the Danish postal service Post Danmark for all our deliveries.

Please use our shipping calculator during checkout to get precise prices on shipping methods.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you log­in to your account under My Page, you can view and edit your shipping details.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders placed with GLS will receive a tracking number on the registered e-mail after the product has been packed and shipped.

I haven't received my order why is this?

If you haven’t received our order within the estimated delivery, please contact us on support@organicbasics.com to make sure we have your correct address. 

How do I return a product?

If you would like to return your product please fill out the return-paper that came with your order. Chose one of the reason codes and enclose the paper when you return your order.  Goods may be returned within 14 calendar days from date of receipt. All packages are sent in our reusable envelope, which can be used for returns. The product must be returned in original packaging. Shipments do not include returns label and return costs are mostly the responsibility of the customer. For more information, please read our Terms & Conditions

When do I receive my refund?

If we have refunded you it will normally take between 1-7 days before the amount is visible on your account.

My product is damaged - what to do?

If your product is damaged please contact support@organicbasics.com and follow the steps below:

  1. Shortly describe the problem: when, where, why.
  2. Please take 4-5 pictures that show the problem.
  3. We will get back to you as soon as possible 🙂

The package I received is not the products I ordered?

If a product is missing or you received the wrong color or size compared to your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

The subscription service

How does the subscription service work?

Buying underwear should be easy and you should never run out when it comes to your briefs and socks. With our subscription service, you will never have to worry about new underwear again. Reclaim your choice of underwear and get it right every time. As a subscriber you automatically receive your Organic Basics on your desired monthly interval; either monthly or quarterly. You simply click subscription and design your individual subscription package.

I forgot my password - how do I enter my account?

You will need to go to ‘My account’ and hit ‘’Lost your password?’’ right under the LOGIN button. Insert your email and hit ‘’RESET PASSWORD’’.

Shortly after you will receive an email with a new link. Remember it might send to your spam inbox. When you click on this link you will get the opportunity to make a new password.

If the link doesn’t work please try to copypaste it into the browser. If this doesn’t help either please send us an email on support@organicbasics.com.

When am I charged for my subscription?

You are charged either one, two or three months after your initial payment depending on which subscription you have chosen.

When can I expect to receive the monthly/quarterly package?

If you live in Denmark, you can expect to receive your package 24 hours after shipping. If you live in other countries within EU you will get your product with a few days of delay, and if you live outside the EU, you’ll get the product within approximately one week.

How do I cancel the subscription service?

You can always cancel the subscription service. Just log on to “My Page” and cancel the service. Once you have cancelled the subscription service, you will no longer be charged and receive any packages.
